We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 60 days of your order shipment.
How to Return or Exchange
Contact Us: To initiate your return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 60 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we’ll provide a return authorization and any additional instructions.
Ship It Back: For your convenience, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label or provide instructions for returning the item.
Condition of Return: Please return the item in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging attached.
Exchanges:Specify an exchange in your return request if you’d like a different size or color. If we have the requested exchange item in stock, we’ll hold it aside for you and we’ll process the exchange as soon as we receive your return; otherwise we’ll issue you a refund when your return is received.
Refunds & Processing Times
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Upon approval, we’ll issue a refund for the product amount, less a $4.95 restocking fee, to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note: Our restocking fee applies to all orders placed after June 8, 2024.
For Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately and include a description of the defect in your return request. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
