He has served as a state park ranger, a resource ecologist, and as superintendent of Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. He is currently a member of the technical staff of the Desert Bighorn Council, Inc. and is an advisor to the Bighorn Institute.Jeff has been an avid photographer for over 40 years. He has taken thousands of photographs of bighorns, documenting their behavioral activity, including rarely-seen affectionate, playful and sometimes violent behaviors.
